Submit a Witness Slip for HB4902

House Bill 4902 (Faver Dias/Lightford) passed the House! Check out our last post to learn more about what the bill entails. HB4902 has been posted for a Senate committee hearing next week, and we need your help showing support for the bill! You can show your support by fill out your witness slip (it only takes 5 minutes!)

How to Submit a Witness Slip

1. Fill out your name and contact information. Under “Firm/Business,” you can write something like “IL Early Literacy Coalition,” “parent,”  or any other affiliation you are representing.

2. Fill out your representation, which is again something like “parent” or "IL Early Literacy Coalition."

3. Under position, check “PROPONENT.”

4. Under testimony, check “RECORD OF APPEARANCE ONLY.”

5. Check to agree to terms.

6. Prove you’re not a robot and click “CREATE (SLIP).”
